• Exploremyflight.com does not ensure the services provided by any of the suppliers, nor does it assure the financial position of such suppliers or refund to be made as a result of their financial positions for any of the losses experienced by customers. 
• In case that a supplier defaults prior to providing a service to the customer who has made the payment, the sole recourse for reimbursement shall lie with the defaulting supplier or the insurance covering such defaults, if any. Also, in such cases where a supplier defaults before providing the services, a customer can pursue any resort, as permitted by law, for refund from the supplier. 
• Exploremyflight.com acts merely as a bureau providing value added travel facilities to consumers and retail travel agents, which makes it non-liable for any fluctuation or change in price, booking or schedule for any of the travel services, which may occur following payment for such services.
• Exploremyflight.com does not validate, promote or endorse any external products and services which may or may not be advertised on the website by outside advertisers.
• Exploremyflight.com authorizes that it offers the highest standards of travel products and service in the trade and practices right care in selecting suppliers, so as to ensure maximum safety against such defaults to our customers. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details. Shall not be liable to perform the services, in the case of a failure on the part of the suppliers, including but not restricted to services like airlines, hotels, car rentals, railroads, cruise lines, offered by agencies, tour operators, and consolidators.
• We do not have a control over and assume no liability for the activities of the suppliers, so cancellation of the already issued tickets may involve a penalty over refunds.
• Exploremyflight.com shoulders no accountability for service actions performed outside the control of Explore My Flight or its employees. We shall not be liable for any act of error, injury, omission, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, non-performance or any consequence thereof, which may have arised as a result of neglect or evasion by any of the suppliers of the respective travel products.
• Although some tickets might have a Bulk fare or a specific value printed on them, which may be dissimilar (lower or higher) to the fare collected, Exploremyflight.com has no control over the printed prices on the tickets and should not be held responsible for a difference.
• Discounts offered on the website will be subject to factors such as the Airline used, destination, class of service, time of the year, flight load, minimum stay requirements and the advance notice provided.
